Founder’s Profile

Md.Rafiqul Bari, born on August 16th, 1965, is the founder and owner of Golden Enterprise. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc) from Bangladesh Agricultural University Mymensingh in 1987. From 1991 to 1997, he worked at McDonald’s Bangladesh Private Limited, starting as a Sales Executive and eventually becoming a Divisional Manager. During this time, he provided assistance and guidance to farmers on the use of pesticides and fertilizers. In 2004, Mr. Bari completed his Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. Leveraging his knowledge and experience in both agriculture and business, he joined Multi-Associates Limited as a consultant for agricultural development projects in public and private organizations from 2001 to 2006. Subsequently, in 2006, he became a part of the NGO called Socio Economic Enhancement Program (SEEP), where he contributed to social development and the socio-economic growth of underprivileged children through initiatives such as education and child welfare. Following his journey with SEEP, Md.Rafiqul Bari embarked on his entrepreneurial path and established Golden Enterprise with the aim of creating a sustainable green world.

Md. Rafiqul Bari is currently acting as a standing body member of Agriculture and Energy, Power and Mineral sector of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industries. He is also a lifetime member of Agriculturist’ Institution of Bangladesh, Bangladesh Lions Foundation and Old Boy’s Association, BAU.
